THE LADY CHANGE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to The Lady Change (“TLC”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and participation in the TLC program, hosted on Skool and sold via Kajabi.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Key Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” — The Lady Change / Petra Fitness

  • “Program” — The Lady Change membership and all digital content provided

  • “Member”, “you”, “your” — The individual purchasing and participating in the Program

  • “Platforms” — Skool (program delivery) and Kajabi (billing/subscriptions)

2. Program Description

The Lady Change provides digital access to:

  • Workout programs

  • Meal guidance

  • Educational lessons

  • Community support

  • Coaching-style motivational content

  • Challenges, posts, and engagement inside the Skool community

All content is delivered digitally.
No physical goods are shipped.

3. Payment & Billing Terms

3.1 Subscription Billing

By purchasing, you authorize Kajabi to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis, either:

  • Monthly, or

  • Annually (if selected)

Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

3.2 Trials & Promotions

If you joined through a trial:

  • Your card will automatically be charged when the trial ends

  • You may cancel anytime before the trial expires to avoid charges

3.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Kajabi will automatically retry your card

  • You may receive email notifications

  • Access to Skool may be paused until payment is updated

To reactivate access, update your card details via your Kajabi customer portal.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

4.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your purchase is protected by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

To request a refund:

  • Email: [email protected]

  • Use the same email used during purchase

  • Send your request within 30 days of your original purchase date

After 30 days, all sales are final.

Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

4.2 Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Kajabi customer portal.

After cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period

  • You will not be charged again

  • Access to the Skool community and program content will end at the end of that period

4.3 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased twice, contact support and we will refund the duplicate transaction.

5. Pricing & Future Changes 

The Lady Change reserves the right to adjust the Program price for future members at any time.

If the Program price increases, the change will apply only to new customers.

Existing members will keep their original subscription price for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing.

We are not required to notify existing members about pricing changes, as these changes do not affect your current rate.

If you cancel your membership and rejoin later, you will be subject to the current pricing available at that time.

6. Account Access & Responsibilities

6.1 Skool Access

After purchase, you will receive an email from Skool with instructions to set up your account.

You are responsible for:

  • Using the correct email

  • Checking spam/junk folders

  • Creating and maintaining your login credentials

6.2 Account Sharing

Sharing your account or program content with others is prohibited.
Doing so may result in removal from the Program without refund.

7. Program Content & Intellectual Property

All content within The Lady Change is the intellectual property of Petra Fitness, including:

  • Videos

  • PDFs

  • Workouts

  • Graphics

  • Written lessons

  • Community posts

  • Branding and promotional materials

You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell program content.

8. Community Guidelines (Skool)

To maintain a supportive, respectful environment, all members must adhere to:

  1. Treat every member with kindness and respect

  2. No hate speech, bullying, or harassment

  3. No unsolicited promotions, selling, or spam

  4. No medical claims or dangerous advice

  5. Keep all shared member stories confidential

Violation may lead to removal from the Program without refund.

9. Health Disclaimer

The Lady Change offers general fitness, meal guidance, and lifestyle information.

We are not medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • You are solely responsible for your own health

  • You should consult a doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk

The Company is not liable for injury, health issues, or outcomes resulting from participation.

10. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

  • Weight loss

  • Fat loss

  • Fitness performance

  • Body composition changes

Results vary between individuals based on consistency, lifestyle, and personal factors.

11. Technology & Availability

We are not responsible for:

  • Skool outages

  • Kajabi outages

  • Internet or device issues

  • Email deliverability problems (spam, promotions folder, incorrect address)

We will make reasonable efforts to support you with technical issues.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to remove your access without refund if:

  • You violate community guidelines

  • You share program content

  • You engage in harassment or abusive behaviour

  • Your payment fails repeatedly and remains unresolved
